What is Keemun Xiang Luo Black Tea?
Keemun is a famous Chinese black tea. First produced in the late 19th century, it quickly became popular in the West and is still used for a number of classic blends.
The Keemun Aromatic Snail Black Tea or Qimen Xiang Luo is the now-famous tea of Qimen black tea, which has narrow, tightly twisted snail-shaped black leaves. So it is called Xiang Luo (Aromatic Snail).
How to make Keemun Black Tea?
1.3g/150ml.3 grams tea for every 150 ml water
2.temperature about 90℃ (194℉)
3.infuse 2-3 minutes
4.steep 3-5 times is best
Recipe: This Qimen Tea tastes wonderful with or without milk or sugar, and goes exceptionally well with baked goods like bread, cakes, and muffins. It is often included as the main body of English Breakfast tea blends.
