Pyromancy (JYPshop)

I received the wrong product. Instead of the limited edition, they sent me the Nemo version... Pretty sad, especially considering it was a PREORDER. But as soon as I received such a small package I realized something was wrong. And indeed, they sent me what I didn't order. Also, there is a difference of more than 20€ between one version and another. After almost a week talking to customer service and sending photos and video unboxings, the only solution they offered me was to give me back 30% of the price, and keep this one. But that still seems too little to me. It's been 4 days and I still haven't received that refund. Anyway, first time I buy from this seller. I will NEVER repeat.
