How to Use: Clean and pat dry the area where you want to apply the patch. Remove the patch from the clear film, being careful not to touch the center of the patch. Apply dots to areas without dark spots with the shaded side facing down. Gently press into skin for 5-10 seconds. For best results, apply overnight or at least 6 hours.
