How to Use: Apply liberally 15 minutes before heading outdoors. Reapply after: After swimming or sweating for 80 minutes, and immediately after towel drying. Reapply at least every 2 hours while in the sun. Sun protection: Use sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF of 15 or higher regularly. Other sun protection methods include: Limit outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, and wear a hat and sunglasses.
