Directions
Mix one serving (one scoop) with water, juice, or any pre- or post-workout beverage. Six Star® researchers recommend a higher dose for the first three days. For a higher dose during the three-day period, take two servings twice daily. On workout days, take two servings pre-workout and two servings post-workout. On non-workout days, take it any time of day. After the first three days, take one serving twice daily. Drink plenty of fluids while taking this supplement.
How to take 100% Creatine: Stir or shake well.
