Product Usage: Inhalation Instructions: Add a few drops to a cotton ball, soft tissue, diffuser or small kettle of boiling water. Inhale gently. Topical Areas: Do not apply directly to skin. Mix 1 to 4 drops into your favorite lotion or base oil, such as avocado, coconut, evening primrose, jojoba, or sesame. Do not exceed 4 drops.
