The item I got a couple of weeks ago has stopped working all together I put in new batteries for there is no response it was okay when I got it but for some reason stopped I am very disappointed because the reason I got this is from my back door and I was going to buy another one for my front door but I don't know what to do now because it's no point me buying another one if this happens again thank you

La cámara no reúne las características que dice en la descripción. No sé encienden las luces rojas, tan poco se enciende la luz azul, no tiene altavoz, no tiene micrófono incorporado,y no envia notificaciones a mi celular, no detecta objetos en movimiento. Les solicito a ustedes me den una explicación acerca de estás fallas, o me hagan la devolución del dinero. Estoy insatisfecha con este producto.

Overall I'm satisfied with the product. It's doing the job. My only complaint is about unclear notification about "low battery" after only a week with new batteries. And I've used good batteries, Duracell. Maybe it's a software issue or just bad unit.
