1. Put the white silicone into the slots of the braces.
2. Put the braces along with the silicone into hot water at around 70 to 80 degrees Celsius and soak them for about 15 to 30 seconds to soften the silicone.
Note: Do not use boiling water or hot water, otherwise the silicone will be soaked and become unusable.
