■ Bishu Karamiori
The Bishu region has long been famous as a textile production area. Fine Textile Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing fabrics in Bishu for half a century. This hat has the Bishu Mark certification name sewn on it, which is proof that Bishu textiles are used. Among them, 100% hemp twill weave is known as an essential fabric for summer hats as it allows the wind to pass through. We have designed a cool hat with 100% hemp twill weave as the main material.

This natural linen hunting cap uses "Oshu Karamiori" fabric for the head, which is light and cool, and cotton linen for the brim. The cotton linen provides excellent sun protection. The different materials are all natural and go well together, and the deep design can be worn like a cap and looks good on anyone.

The brim is short and deep, like a cap, so it can be worn casually. The brim is made of a foldable core, so you can carry it in a bag when not in use. It is deep and comfortable to wear, and the size can be adjusted with the belts on both sides.

Orihara is both a designer and a craftsman.
After graduating from a fashion school's design department in 1991, he joined an apparel manufacturer, starting out in product planning and development, then working as a designer, pattern maker, and buyer before becoming a hat designer.
His family runs a hat factory that has been in operation for generations. After training in the family business, he went independent. His specialty is 3D pattern drawing and three-dimensional design.
Made using haute couture and custom-made methods, the collection features exquisite silhouette lines.
