Subject: Return and refund of defective replacement roof Dear team, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the replacement roof I purchased. The material is not only unexpectedly thin, but also not stretchable. Even in light rain—shortly after installation on our swing—water collected on the roof, causing it to sag and completely fail to function.. Because the product does not meet my expectations and the promised quality, I would like to return it and request a refund.
