You can't adjust the length of the strap, the connection between the strap and the bag is so bad that when I was just carrying my wallet and glasses, it broke after 3 days of using it.

Nice, small breast pocket, I haven't been able to test the water resistance yet, small but handy, material strength is OK for this size.
