It absorbs quickly, is suitable for all skin types, and is non-sticky. Best used with the #OOPD AHA BHA Clarifying Serum. Gentle clarifying toner for PM. Glycolic acid - Smoothes fine lines for a vibrant radiance. Salicylic acid - Balances skin tone and reduces redness. Peptides (palmitoyl pentapeptide-4) - Smoothes fine lines. Jasmine extract - Balances skin's moisture level, naturally relieving dryness without clogging pores.
