Wearing Position: Wear the band with the white logo facing the wrist. Place the pad two or three fingers away from the painful area to provide pressure.
*When wearing the band, apply pressure to your upper arm while wrapping it.
*For pain on the inside of the elbow, apply pressure by placing the inner pad two or three fingers away from the painful area.
Caution: This product does not relieve pain or provide any therapeutic effects. It also does not completely prevent injury.
To prevent injury, it is important to maintain sufficient muscle strength and flexibility. Do not use an incorrectly sized product.
Do not use on areas other than those specified.
*Prolonged use may cause skin irritation or poor circulation. Please be aware of this risk.
We also recommend removing and reapplying the product approximately every two hours to reduce stress caused by slippage and stuffiness.
Care: If the product becomes dirty, hand wash it in lukewarm water with a mild detergent.
Do not dry clean, use a dryer, spin-dry, or bleach.
After washing, dry in the shade and allow to dry thoroughly.

If you experience pain or discomfort during use.
