Steps:
1. Add water to the flour and knead the dough (or add fruit juice, vegetable juice, eggs).
2. Knead the dough.
3. Turn on the power button.
4. Pull out the dough press blade in the machine, set gear to 4 and start pressing the dough.
5. Place the dough into the noodle maker and roll it back and forth, adding more dry flour as you go.
6.Adjust the gear, alternately press 2nd or 1st gear and the dough will be smooth and even.
7. Set the cutting knife head to the required width.
8. Sprinkle the dough evenly with dry flour, fold it into the dough and begin cutting.
