If necessary, wipe the skin with a toner and apply a nourishing cream. To prepare a decoction: pour 1 tablespoon of powder with water (500 ml), bring to a boil, boil for 3 minutes. Leave to brew for 3-5 hours. Strain. To prepare a tincture: pour 1 tablespoon of powder with warm water (500 ml) and leave overnight. Strain. Store in the refrigerator for no more than 2-3 days.
