Product Instructions: Natural Baby Toothpaste Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto a very soft bristle brush. Use in small circular motions on teeth and gums. For best results: Brush your baby's teeth at least twice a day, in the morning and just before bed. Wash the toothbrush with warm water before and after each use. Check your toothbrush before and after use and discard it if worn or damaged. Do not sterilize by boiling, steaming, or microwaving. Do not put in dishwasher. Dentists recommend replacing your toothbrush every three months.
