Ingredients (a pineapple): sucrose, natural, nature-identical and artificial pineapple flavor, acidity regulator citric acid, water, sodium chloride, magnesium gluconate, taurine, L-carnitine, L-alanine, sweetener acesulfame K, monopotassium orthophosphate, sweetener sucralose, preservatives potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.

How to use:
Take 50 ml of concentrate per day, children over 3 years old - 20 ml of concentrate per day (dilution ratio 1:40 – 1:66)
For short-term use lasting up to 60 minutes and ambient temperatures below 10°C, dissolve: 10 ml concentrate in 400 ml water (dilution ratio 1:40)
For short-term use lasting up to 60 minutes and an ambient temperature of 10-25°C, dissolve: 10 ml concentrate in 500 ml water (dilution ratio 1:50)
For longer periods of activity up to 180 minutes and ambient temperatures below 10°C, dissolve: 10 ml concentrate in 500 ml water (dilution ratio 1:50)
For activities lasting more than 60 minutes and high ambient temperatures around 30°C, dissolve: 15 ml concentrate in 1000 ml water (dilution ratio 1:69)
Maximum dosage: 50 ml of concentrate per day, for children over 3 years old - 20 ml of concentrate per day.

The optimal temperature for consuming the finished drink, at which the best absorption is achieved, is 12 – 17 °C.
Never store the finished drink for more than 24 hours.
A 1 liter concentrate package is intended for preparing 50 – 70 liters of drink.
Once opened, the contents of the bottle should be stored at 8 – 15 °C and consumed within 3 months.
Attention:
After dilution, the drink should under no circumstances be “enriched” with other substances, especially minerals and vitamins! By doing this you can significantly change the effect caused by the product, which can lead not only to leveling the properties of the drink, but also to health problems.
Shake before use! Any cloudiness of the product is not a sign of its unsuitability.
