* If you're new to retinol, - Use every other evening for the first two weeks. - Apply a small amount (approximately 2mm) to the affected area. - If irritation occurs during use, reduce the amount and frequency of use.

Use with a moisturizer containing soothing ingredients to alleviate the irritation.

- The morning after using retinal, be sure to apply sunscreen as the last step of your skincare routine.

* If you've adapted to retinal, - Use every evening from the third week onward. - Apply an appropriate amount to the entire face and spread evenly.
