How to Use as a Sunscreen:
Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure.
Reapply at least every two hours.
Use a waterproof sunscreen if swimming or sweating.
How to Protect Yourself from the Sun: Regularly use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher. Other ways to protect yourself from the sun include:
Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, a hat, and sunglasses.
