Rayhong 271 Threadlocker is an industrial-grade, high-strength thread fixing solution designed for bolts, nuts and other metal fasteners in mechanical vibration environments.

1. Triple reaction formula
Acrylate monomer: penetrate the thread gap to form polymer.
Auxiliary accelerator: accelerates the activation reaction on the metal surface.
Anaerobic initiator: triggers curing in an oxygen-free environment.

√ Temperature range: -54℃ to 149℃.
√ Vibration Resistance: Passed MIL-S-22473E standard test.

3. Intelligent curing characteristics
Initial cure 20 minutes to withstand normal loads.
After 24 hours of full cure, it needs to be heated up to 260℃ before dismantling.
Operating Instructions
Surface preparation: Oil removal with Rathong 747 cleaner (critical step)
Dispensing process:
Small threads (below M6): 1-2 drops to the end of the bolt
Large threads (M6 and above): apply to the full face of the external threads.
Assembly fastening: tighten according to standard torque
Curing management:
Light load after 20 minutes
Full load after 24 hours
