Please try temporarily disabling your VPN settings or uninstalling related apps. ・The problem may be caused by "au Wi-Fi access". Please try uninstalling. ・Please try clearing the Android Auto cache. All apps>Android Auto>Storage and cache>Delete cache. ・If you cannot connect to CarPlay on your iPhone, please try disconnecting the VPN. Check in Settings > General VPN and Device Management. ・Please update Android Auto to the latest version on Google PLAY. ・Some cheap smartphones cannot connect to Android Auto using W56DFS. Please try connecting under the roof in indoor mode W52.
