How to use:

Eye Care: Spray directly onto tired, dry eyes or apply a sufficient amount to a cotton pad several times a day.

Skin Care: Use as a toner on sensitive skin or spray on a cotton pad and leave it on like a skin pack for 10-15 minutes.
